Politics/Current Events
This class, given by Rabbi Kaufman, enables the young growing students and talmidim of our yeshivah to get a little understanding of what is going on the outside world. This calss meets twice a week and ensures that our talmidim and students have knowledge of not just torah stuy but a understanding of things going around in the political world as well.
Chess
Chess has always fancinated our students. Because of growing demand for chess electivewe made this class. This class is taught by the famous chess master and current English teacher Mr. Newton. In this elective the students paly against each other hoping that they will play well enough to convince Mr. Newton that they can play in an actual chess tournament. we hope that they participate in many tournaments and are very sucessful.
Mock Stock Market
This elective the newest of all of them has been one of biggest sucesses. Rabbi Benklifa is the instructer for this elective. As they all say "there is nothing better than actual expierience" or "the only thing you can not teach is expierience". This is why Rabbi Benklifa has each student mmake a moch prfolio hand has them trading online with fake money with the actual stock market. This fantastic adventure of bguying and trading stocks has benifited many.
